Longline ottoman cardigan.

The Neiu Ottoman Cardigan is a longline cardigan, designed to hit just above the knee. The cardigan features a long, set-in sleeve, and does not have a front closure. The ottoman stitch knit design adds interest, and the fabric is a blend of merino wool and cotton, making it breathable and soft.

MATERIAL

70% Cotton 30% Merino Wool

This yarn has been crafted from a blend of soft merino wool and breathable cotton fibres. Cotton fibres help to create a cool, comfortable and breathable finish.

Merino wool is a very fine wool fibre that creates a soft, fluffy finish. It is breathable and temperature regulating, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

The merino wool used in this yarn was sourced from non-mulesed Australian sheep.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hand wash
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Cool iron
  • Dry cleanable
  • Cold hand wash using eco-friendly detergent.
  • Do not machine wash (even on delicate cycle).
  • Do not rub, wring or spin dry.
  • Squeeze out excess water.
  • Gently pull wet garment into shape.
  • Dry flat in shade.
  • Cool iron on reverse.
  • Do not use other forms of heat

For all orders under $300 postage is $10.95. For all orders above $300 postage is free of charge.

Delivery of orders will take 5 - 7 working days.

Ladybeetle will not post overseas including New Zealand.

SHIPPING

We send items via Australia Post. We have a flat fee for shipping of $7.95. Please contact the store if you require express shipping for an item.

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery within Australia. No refunds will be issued however we will offer store credit.

Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered with tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, no smell of perfume, free of make-up and tan marks. Please take care when trying on any item/s.

Sale items, items purchased with a promotional code and accessories are strictly final.

The customer is liable for all delivery expenses on returned items, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.

Once we have received the returned item and it has passed inspection a store credit will be issued via email. Ladybeetle reserves the right to reject any returned item if it has been worn, washed, altered, damaged or marked (make-up, tan) and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

For faulty items we follow the Guidelines as set by the ACCC which entitles you to a repair, refund or replacement if your item is deemed faulty. The Supplier may repair the item if this is possible at which point a refund or replacement will not be offered.

If you would like a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please be patient with your refund - it may take a few days to show in your account.

If you are wanting an exchange, and we have the item in stock we will send the new item to you and also notify you by email.
